Visi Armada Consulting ("VAC", "we", "us") is a training and consulting provider registered in Malaysia (SSM registered, HRDC registered, MPC registered). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

2. Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company or organization name
• Training area of interest and expected participant count
• HRDC claim intent
• Your message
• Submission timestamp and reference ID

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, or health information through the website form.

3. Purpose of Collection

We use your personal data solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide information about our training programs
• Scope and propose training or consulting engagements
• Communicate about scheduling, proposals and follow-up
• Send an auto-reply confirmation if you have opted in (optional, disabled by default)

We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Enquiry submissions are stored securely in our hosting platform's encrypted blob storage. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months for business follow-up purposes, after which it is deleted. If you request earlier deletion, contact us at admin@visiarmada.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to process enquiries and deliver email notifications:

• Netlify — website hosting and form data storage (USA/EU)
• Brevo — email delivery for VAC enquiries (EU)
• Resend — email delivery for Husni Halim site enquiries

Each provider has its own privacy policy and data processing standards. We only share the minimum data needed to deliver enquiry notifications.

6. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data held by us
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time

7. Cookies and Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible or Google Analytics with anonymized IP) to understand website traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. No cookies are set by the enquiry form.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS, CORS restrictions, input validation, honeypot spam protection, and rate limiting. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
