The work is a cohort-based coaching series with practical workplace application in an aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment. The focus is ownership, daily communication, improvement discipline, and follow-through in aircraft maintenance operations — not a one-off classroom course.
Project PACE
The series includes Project PACE discussion and workplace application: Process Alignment and Card Standardization for Efficiency. Coaching stays close to the operating context of a regulated aviation MRO, where standards, communication, and follow-through have to hold on the shop floor.
