Pesaka Nuri 2-Day Kaizen Principles Training for Leaders
Visi Armada Consulting delivered this engagement. Lead trainer: Husni Halim.

About the training
Visi Armada Consulting delivered a two-day Kaizen Principles training session for the Pesaka Nuri leadership team, covering the fundamentals of Kaizen, continuous improvement mindset, and practical tools for driving workplace improvement. Lead trainer: Husni Halim.
The session introduced leaders to the core philosophy of Kaizen — the belief that small, incremental changes made consistently over time lead to significant improvements. Participants learned how to identify waste (muda) in their daily operations and apply structured problem-solving methods to eliminate it.
Training approach
The training combined classroom briefing with hands-on group activities. Leaders were guided through workplace examples relevant to their own environment, encouraging practical application from day one. Flip charts and wall materials were used to visualise problems, map out current processes, and design improved workflows.
Each team presented their improvement ideas, received feedback, and developed actionable plans to implement after the session. The collaborative format ensured cross-functional learning and built a shared language around continuous improvement across the leadership team.
Key topics covered
The curriculum included Kaizen philosophy and principles, the Kaizen improvement cycle (PDCA), identifying and eliminating the 7 wastes (muda), visual management basics, team-based problem solving, and action planning for continuous improvement.
